Horn\u00ed objekt navazuje na z\u00e1stavbu vilov\u00fdch objekt\u016f a je koncipov\u00e1n jako 3 navazuj\u00edc\u00ed dvoupodla\u017en\u00ed rodinn\u00e9 domy s vlastn\u00edmi zahradami. Parkov\u00e1n\u00ed je \u0159e\u0161eno na spole\u010dn\u00fdch prostranstv\u00edch v r\u00e1mci pozemku. Byty jsou dopln\u011bny balkony, lod\u017eiemi a st\u0159e\u0161n\u00edmi terasami.
